My Twins and Me

I was married June 10, 2002, and one month later I was pregnant. We believe I got pregnant on July 7, 2002.
I had an ultrasound to find out I was having twins! I was so excited! Girls! I waited and waited.
On April 19 (six days late) I finally went into labor. I got to the hospital, and my contractions were three minutes apart. Then I found out I was fully dilated and effaced!
So I began pushing: Baby 1: girl, 7 pounds, 3 ounces, 21 inches; Baby 2: girl, 6 pounds, 6 ounces, 26 inches. I was so happy. Baby 1: Hannah, Baby 2: Ashley. My husband and I were delighted!
