My Blessing

On Sunday, October 17, 2004, at 9 p.m. I came home from eating dinner with my boyfriend and some friends. As I was getting ready to lie down I went in to the kitchen for a snack. I felt like a had to go to the bathroom and then I realized my water had broken.
I called 911 because I was home alone. They took my to Georgia because I was 34 weeks. I was given medicine to delay my pregnancy, but three days later, Thursday, October 21, 2004, at 6:56 a.m. my handsome boy was born. He stay in the NICU for a week and a half. As soon as we came home a whole new life began for us.
