I was at work and I felt like I was swelling and had terrible headaches. I told my doctor and he said that I was tired of being pregnant. However, he made an appointment to see me. Once he did his check, my blood pressure was way too high and the ultrasound showed that my baby was losing weight. I was so scared. All I can remember is praying that my baby would not die.

They sent me to have a Cesarean section first thing the next morning and kept giving me all kinds of medicine to help the baby survive. Baby Mariah was born 3 pounds exactly and now she is a healthy 3-year-old girl.
